This program is a habit building program designed specifically for dirt bike riders and other athletes on the off season. During this 6 month program, you will build healthier habits, learn how to meal prep, how to eat healthier, and will increase your physical fitness through heavy strength training. The program is designed to build habit upon habit in a sustainable way, ensuring participants are successful. By next season, you WILL feel better on the bike with better cardio, strength and balance. My program includes: 🔹15 individual workouts (you will do each one for 4 weeks) 🔹6 informational coaching documents ranging from tips on arm pump to dirt bike specific nutrition 🔹guided videos on each movement 🔹tutorials on proper form and squat rack safety 🔹the ability to track all metrics within the app 🔹the ability to track nutrition through the app’s food diary 🔹access to myself with questions, concerns, modifications and encouragement Program costs $999 +tax
