Tanya has been my personal trainer for some 8 years. I am now in my 74th year and she has guided me throughout my journey to enjoy my physical life on a daily basis. She has developed multiple challenging series of exercises for me to improve my core, strength, balance, and posture. At all times she has been there to monitor my performance and provide positive suggestions to improve my technique. Her constant message has been one of support and encouragement and I am grateful for this time I have had with her.
