Service Description

Join this heavy lifting class if you want to build muscle through strength training with detailed programming and focused form cueing. Learn to Back squat, deadlift, and bench press with an experienced coach. This class is appropriate for people new to heavy lifting, but is not appropriate for people new to working out.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations require 12 hours notice. All late cancels, no shows, or lateness in excess of 10 minutes are subject to 100% loss of session price.
